The CU Alums have been challenged to a volleyball tournament vs. alumni chapters of all the Pac-12 schools!  This is our time to show the Pac-12 chapters our CU pride.  Thsis is a recreational touranment but the 1^st place team will be winning scholarships for their team’s school!  Stanford won last year and we want to see this year’s $$$ go to CU.

Sunday, June 2^nd we’re asking for teams of CU Alums to compete in a coed volleyball tournament at Wash Park.  The format of the tournament is coed 6 vs. 6. and all teams are guaranteed at least 3 games.  The cost is $50 per team and here’s where you go to enter.  Space is limited to 16 totals teams so make sure you sign up fast!  We’ll also have some free Coors Light to make sure our Buffs stay properly hydrated

Not a volleyball player?  We’d still love for you to come out.  There’ll be tailgate games & grills for you to enjoy the day and catch the action.  Kids are certainly welcome as well.  Food & drinks are BYO.

CUYA is excited to announce that we are hosting a golf outing at Harvard Gulch Golf Course in Denver on Saturday, June 9th. The festivities begin at 4:30pm. The cost is $25 per player and includes FREE BEER! In addition to golf there will be on-course games such as beer pong, mega phone yelling, and other shenanigans. The event will be a scramble format and no golf experience is required. Rental golf clubs are available free of charge. Please bring a couple of golf balls and wear casual attire. Harvard Gulch is a nine hole Par 3 golf course and the longest hole is approximately 130 yards. Individuals or teams (up to 5 per team) may register below. Young Alums Rockies Night

Join the CU Young Alumni and members of The Herd to experience America’s favorite pastime: baseball. Come see Tulo, Cargo, and the ageless Jaime Moyer take on the New York Mets on Friday, April 27 at 6:40 p.m (Disclaimer: We have no idea if Jaime Moyer is actually pitching that night. But it’s pretty cool that a 49-year-old made the starting rotation).

Starting at 4:30 pm, we have reserved the tailgate room at Blake Street Tavern. They will have baseball beer specials of Coors Light for $3 and Blue Moon for $4, plus the $3 domestic beer and $4 craft beer of the month.

Don’t forget to bring your glove, as we will be sitting in the lower level along the first base line. Tickets are normally $45, but through CUYA you can join us for just $25 (Please come to Blake Street Tavern between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm to pickup your tickets). Tickets are limited, so get your now. The Young Alums would like to invite you to cruise up to Lady Luck Casino in style.  Friday, October 14th we have procured a 50 person Party Bus to drive us up and back to Blawkhawk.  Whether you want to play the games or just hang out and party to live music, it is sure to be one heck of a night!  Space is very limited and tickets will go fast. 

The cost is $25 per person and here’s what you all recieve:
